We had a wonderful stay at the Cubana Resort, which served as a perfect halfway point during our trip between Brisbane and Sydney. The management was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to switch our non-refundable booking at the last minute without any hassle. The in-house restaurant provided fantastic dining options, making it unnecessary to venture into town. The location is ideal, with lovely views of a lake and ample outdoor space. However, I did notice that some areas still need a bit of updating, although it seems the new ownership is addressing this.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The welcoming atmosphere combined with the charming decor created a truly pleasant retreat. While the rooms had a few minor maintenance issues, the warm and friendly service made up for it. The food was absolutely delicious, and I can't recommend the dining enough. The location was superb, perfect for exploring nearby walking tracks and enjoying the scenic surroundings.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, breaking my drive with a peaceful night at Nambucca Heads. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. I loved the pond view and the proximity to the river for morning walks. While I didn’t get a chance to dine due to the restaurant being closed, the amenities like the pool looked inviting. Overall, it was great value for money and I am looking forward to returning again soon.
